    Shipping time: 7~30 Days
 
Free Shipping(Standard Shipping) Over $89
 
Standard Shipping: For orders between $0.00 and $88.99, the shipping fee is $10.99

  1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
     
  2. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Standard Or Expedited).
 
Shipping Time (Standard Or Expedited): Depends on the shipping method you use.
 
Please note that there might be slight changes in the delivery promise during peak periods.
 
In addition, certain uncontrollable factors may affect shipment, such as bad weather, natural disasters, political instabilities, and so on. Please be patient and we will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.
 
After the package is sent, please pay attention to the logistics information and emails to ensure that the package can be delivered safely.
 
Note: Certain countries need to provide a tax registration number to be able to ship goods. Our staff will contact you at that time. Please check your email regularly.

Order Tracking

 
After your order is confirmed, your order information will be sent directly to our factory and warehouse. We will arrange shipment once processing is completed, and you will receive a logistics tracking number. Please enter your tracking code on the "Track Your Order" page of this website to check the real-time status of your order.
 
If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to resolve the problem.
 

Missed Delivery

 
Note: From Monday to Friday, our couriers generally deliver packages between 9am - 6pm, though exact timings may vary. Please keep an eye out for your delivery.
 
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we will attempt delivery up to three times. If we cannot reach you at your specified shipping address,
 
our delivery provider will leave a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be arranged on the next working day.
 

Customer Care

 
If you change your mind and request an exchange after placing an order, please state your reason and monitor your email inbox. Our support team will contact you shortly. If we receive no response within three days, we will proceed with shipment automatically.
 
Shipping fees will not be refunded for refusal of delivery after the package has been sent.
 
All delivery times are estimated and subject to courier availability. Weather conditions and unforeseen events may also cause minor delays.
